CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS APPLICATION FOR PRESENTATION
Those who are interested should apply for presentation through the online application system at J-STAGE.
Opening of Application System: February 2, 2010 (14:00)
Deadline for Application: March 8, 2010 (14:00)- The deadline is postponed.
The application system is only in Japanese unfortunately. If you do not have any Japanese colleagues in your neighborhood, please contact Executive Committee.
Choose an appropriate session among 21 Organized Sessions or General Session.
Only one presentation is allowed for a participant in each session.
The content of presentation must be original.
Acceptance of application will be notified by e-mail.
HANDLING FEE (including BOOK OF EXTENDED ABSTRACTS and CD-ROM)
A handling fee of 10,000 Japanese Yen should be paid for each accepted presentation. Method of payment is as follows.
The handling fee should be paid through bank transfer to the following account by April 16, 2010.

SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPT FOR EXTENDED ABSTRACT
Those who are accepted for presentation should submit two-page extended abstract in PDF format through the online submission system at J-STAGE.

Deadline for Submission: April 23, 2010 (24:00) - The deadline is postponed.
SUBMISSION OF FULL PAPER (OPTIONAL)
Full paper may be submitted after the congress. The full paper will be subjected to peer review and, if accepted, will be published in proceedings "Theoretical and Applied Mechanics Japan" later. Detailed information will be announced during the congress.
PARTICIPATION REGISTRATION
All registrations should be made on site. No pre-registration is available.
Registration fee is free.
BOOK OF EXTENDED ABSTRACTS
A book of extended abstracts (8,000 Japanese Yen per copy and CD-ROM) will be available on site. Note that it will not be available after the congress.
PRESENTATION
Speakers for the organized sessions and the generalized sessions have 10 min. for presentation and 5min. for discussions.
The chairperson will decide the style of presentation and discussions.
Please keep your time.A video projector (except for PC) will be available for presentation.
